Men's Groups

We have a variety of options for men’s groups at this time.

A Level 1 men’s group, for men with no previous group experience, will be hosted by Jason Hovey LCPC, CSAT-S, starting on October 14th.

A Level 2 men’s group, only for men who have completed Level 1, begins October 16th and is hosted by Jason Hovey LCPC, CSAT.

To join these groups, please reach out.

Also hosted by Jason is a Thursday morning recurring men’s processing group. Entry to this group is by referral from your therapist.

We are currently waitlisting for our men’s betrayed partner group. Reach out to add your name to our registration waitlist.

Couples Workshops

Couples workshops provide an opportunity for couples to come together and experience growth together in a way that is different from couples therapy. Topics include communication, intimacy, overcoming trauma or conflict, and skills to build a healthy relationship, among others.

We are currently waitlisting for our next Couples program.

Women's Groups

Laura Mckenna LCPC, CSAT is currently leading a Level 2 group for betrayed partners. This group is only open to women who have completed the Level 1 partner group.

We offer groups on a rotating basis. If you are interested in joining any of our groups or workshops, and the registration period has closed, we will keep your name on a waitlist for our next session.

Trauma Workshops

Workshops provide an opportunity for healing and growth beyond trauma that is distinctly different from on-going individual or group therapy. In the workshop setting, each member is not only able to gain new knowledge about his or her recovery process, but to walk away with practices to enhance brain and body wellness — in just one day.

The registration for the next “Understanding the Trauma Brain” workshop is now open. This one-day seminar will take place on a Saturday in October and will include lunch.

Disclosure Workshops

Couples who are looking for more information on the disclosure process can attend this workshop, hosted by Kim Hudson, LCPC, CSAT. Contact us to join our waitlist for this workshop.
