Couples workshops provide an opportunity for couples to come together and experience growth together in a way that is different from couples therapy. Topics include communication, intimacy, overcoming trauma or conflict, and skills to build a healthy relationship, among others.

Workshops provide an opportunity for healing and growth beyond trauma that is distinctly different from on-going individual or group therapy. In the workshop setting, each member is not only able to gain new knowledge about his or her recovery process, but to walk away with practices to enhance brain and body wellness — in just one day.

The registration for the next “Understanding the Trauma Brain” workshop is now open. This one-day seminar will take place on a Saturday in May and will include lunch.
